Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted online through the booking system on www.tourdefierce.vip. Requests made by text, email, or social media are not considered valid. To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before your session will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed session. REFUNDS All single-session bookings are non-refundable. If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, I am happy to help you reschedule based on availability. PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS Because policies are clearly disclosed prior to booking, customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for missed, canceled, or forfeited sessions. Any chargeback filed in violation of these policies may result in suspension of future booking privileges and forwarding of documentation to the payment processor for resolution. Students who work with Joseph Stanek through online voice lessons gain far more than technical instruction. From the first lesson, each singer’s work is oriented around their individual goals — whether that is professional performance, recording, auditions, or personal artistic development. Support Beyond the Lesson
Online voice lessons at Tour de Fierce® are supported by a structured system of tools and resources designed to help singers continue progressing between sessions. After an initial lesson and assessment, each student receives customized vocal warm-ups tailored to their voice and goals.
All singers are also provided with access to Belt Your Butt Off! — a set of vocal exercises widely used on Broadway and in other professional musical theatre environments to develop and maintain a strong, sustainable belt. These exercises are used by performers at all levels and serve as a reliable daily warm-up and maintenance tool.
As lessons progress, students receive practical materials to support their work, which may include sheet music, piano accompaniment tracks, and rehearsal recordings. When helpful, practice tracks may be provided both with and without melody to support independent preparation. Even for singers who do not read music, these materials help reinforce consistency, accuracy, and confidence.
Support may also extend into recording and media preparation. Because Tour de Fierce is fully equipped with the latest technology, online singers are able to record their vocals with Joseph from the comfort of their homes, and the final product sounds just like they were in the recording studio. (It helps if the singer has a decent microphone, too, but that isn't necessary.) These capabilities allow even our remote singers the opportunity to have high-quality vocal assets for auditions, submissions, or personal projects.
Beyond music itself, guidance may include support with presentation, online presence, and artistic positioning. When relevant opportunities arise through professional networks, singers who are an appropriate fit are informed and encouraged to pursue them.
Every student’s experience is different, but the underlying philosophy remains the same: online lessons are not isolated sessions, but part of a larger system designed to help singers grow, prepare, and succeed in the real world.
