Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted online through the booking system on www.tourdefierce.vip. Requests made by text, email, or social media are not considered valid. To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before your session will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed session. REFUNDS All single-session bookings are non-refundable. If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, I am happy to help you reschedule based on availability. PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS Because policies are clearly disclosed prior to booking, customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for missed, canceled, or forfeited sessions. Any chargeback filed in violation of these policies may result in suspension of future booking privileges and forwarding of documentation to the payment processor for resolution. In-person voice lessons take place at the Tour de Fierce Music Studio in Astoria, Queens, New York, offering singers a hands-on, immersive coaching experience that cannot be replicated online. Each session is conducted one-on-one and tailored to the individual's voice, goals, physical coordination, and performance demands of the singer.
Every singer begins with a comprehensive vocal assessment that evaluates range, registration, breath coordination, resonance, vocal health, diction, habitual tension patterns, and stylistic strengths. From there, lessons focus on developing reliable technique, expressive freedom, and performance confidence through real-time correction, physical cueing, and guided repetition.
Because Joseph is physically present in the same room as the singer, adjustments to posture, breath mechanics, jaw, tongue, and body alignment can be addressed immediately — allowing for faster breakthroughs and more efficient vocal development.

Step inside the Tour de Fierce® Music Studio — a private, immersive vocal training space nestled in Astoria, Queens, where comfort meets performance-grade coaching. Designed to feel like home (because it is) and aesthetically enhanced for artistry to flourish, the Music Studio blends creative flair with practical features that help singers improve quickly and efficiently.
You’ll work with a classic 1986 polished ebony Kawai NS-15 piano, known for its rich tone and fluid action, making live accompaniment feel effortless and musical. A beautiful gold-framed rehearsal mirror allows you to refine posture and alignment while connecting your physical presence to your vocal delivery. The studio’s glitter vinyl-acoustic walls shape pristine sound, ensuring you hear your voice clearly and honestly in every register. After your session, unwind in the private garden oasis or enjoy the studio's assorted amenities like a fully stocked kitchen and private bathroom.
Private, Distraction-Free Vocal Training in New York City
Training in person at the Tour de Fierce® Music Studio offers something increasingly rare in New York City: true privacy and psychological safety. Unlike shared rehearsal facilities such as Ripley-Grier or Shetler Studios, you are not surrounded by thin walls, hallway traffic, or other performers listening in. There are no neighboring studios, no waiting actors outside your door, and no anxious pressure keeping you from really setting your voice and artistry free.
The studio is located on the garden level of a fully detached, historic, private townhouse, with a dedicated, acoustically treated space, allowing singers to explore their full dynamic and emotional range without fear of being overheard.
