CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session will result in the session being forfeited without a refund. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at my discretion.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnion Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
REFUND POLICY
All bookings are non-refundable. If you provide 48 hours' notice to reschedule, I will gladly help you find a new time for your session. Missed sessions or cancellations made without the required notice will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Please plan carefully when booking your session.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I value your time and my own. If you arrive late, I will wait up to 10 minutes before marking the session as forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals, and the session time will not be extended to accommodate tardiness. Please aim to log in a few minutes early to avoid any issues.
ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS
For online sessions, please ensure the following for a productive and enjoyable experience:

Reliable Internet Connection: A stable connection is essential to prevent interruptions.

Camera On: Your camera must remain on for effective communication and real-time feedback.

Good Attitude: Approach each lesson with an open mind and a willingness to try new things, even outside your comfort zone.
Should technical difficulties on your end significantly impact the lesson, the session may be forfeited at my discretion. If technical issues occur due to my equipment or connection, I will reschedule the session at no cost to you.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
All sessions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and respect for your privacy. Any personal information, performance recordings, or discussions will remain strictly confidential. This is a safe space for exploration and growth, free from judgment or outside interference.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY
I am committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, disrespectful language, or any action that undermines the learning experience, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and potential discontinuation of services.
EMERGENCY CONTACT POLICY
If an unforeseen emergency arises, I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule the session. In such rare instances, I will ensure that your session is rescheduled at a time convenient for you.
