When will I get my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill before being shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment service that operates facilities worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility best suited to your location to ensure faster delivery.

Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, customs or tax fees may apply. These charges are assessed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please check with your local customs office for details.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Verify your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy.

Contact your local post office to check for any issues.

Check with neighbors or others at your address for possible delivery attempts.
If you still can’t locate your order, email us at contact@tourdefierce.vip with your order number. If the delivery address was incorrect, we can resend your order, but additional shipping charges may apply.
BOOKING VOCAL COACHING SERVICES
When will my booking take place?
Coaching sessions are scheduled at your convenience based on the availability listed on our website. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session, including the date, time, and any preparation materials needed.

How will I receive confirmation?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after booking, followed by a reminder closer to the session date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact contact@tourdefierce.vip. You may also opt into our SMS Notification System to receive text confirmations and live updates (carrier charges may apply per your individual phone plan).

What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens! Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

How do I track my merchandise order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. For questions about tracking, email us at contact@tourdefierce.vip.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email contact@tourdefierce.vip within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Your order number.

Any relevant details.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by replacing or refunding the item.
Can I get a refund?

Merchandise Orders: Refunds are issued for lost or defective items only. All sales are final for reasons like buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Coaching Bookings: Coaching sessions are non-refundable.
