By visiting the Site, booking lessons, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Our e-commerce platform is hosted by Wix, which provides the technology that allows us to offer products and services online.

3. Vocal Coaching & Performance Services
3.1 Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly via email.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Accepted payment methods are listed on the Site at checkout.

Lessons are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled according to the policy below.
3.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
-
Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours before your session may be accommodated without penalty.
-
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the session price.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full session rate.
-
Emergency exceptions may be made at our discretion.
3.3 Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times.

Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended or refunded.

Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.
3.4 Online Lesson Requirements
You are responsible for:

a stable internet connection
-
working audio/video equipment
-
a quiet, appropriate space for lessons
Technical issues on the client side may reduce lesson quality or duration and do not qualify for refunds.
3.5 Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, supportive learning environment.
Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or abuse may result in termination of services without refund.
4. Merchandise
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display items accurately. Minor variations in color, layout, or production are normal and do not constitute defects.
4.2 Shipping & Returns

Shipping times and fees are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.

We accept returns for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery.

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable, unless damaged or misprinted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, videos, audio clips, graphics, branding, layouts, and instructional materials — is owned by Tour de Fierce or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, publish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

specific vocal results, audition outcomes, performance success, or career outcomes

complete accuracy of Site content at all times
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any:

direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

loss of income, data, reputation, or opportunities

issues resulting from misuse, technical failure, or third-party platforms
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded.
By using our services, you consent to those practices.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute shall be brought in courts located in New York, NY.
