Single Coaching Session Policy
Applies to: One-time online or in-person vocal coaching sessions

Thank you for booking a single coaching session with Tour de Fierce. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a productive experience for every singer. Please review carefully before completing your booking.
Session Overview
Session Length: 60 minutes
Format: Online or in-person (NYC)
Payment: Due in full at time of booking
Refunds: Not available (see policy below)
Single coaching sessions are ideal for:

trying out lessons
-
preparing for auditions / events
-
getting expert feedback on technique, repertoire, or performance
If you are interested in consistent weekly progress, consider our subscription plan instead.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
​
To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Sessions not attended (“no-shows”) are forfeited. Exceptions may be granted for genuine emergencies, at our discretion. This policy helps protect reserved time on the studio calendar and allows other students access to available slots.
Refund Policy

All single coaching session bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for missed or unused sessions. Rescheduling is available only with proper notice (see above). If a session must be canceled due to an issue on our end, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you.
Late Arrivals
​
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue until the original end time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as forfeited. Please plan to log in or arrive a few minutes early to set up and warm up.
Online Lesson Requirements

For online sessions, please ensure:

working camera and microphone

quiet environment

willingness to participate fully and try new approaches
If technical issues on your end prevent meaningful progress, the session may be forfeited. If technical issues occur on our end, the session will be rescheduled.
Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

Tour de Fierce provides a safe, encouraging, judgment-free coaching space. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund. All coaching conversations, recordings, and materials remain confidential unless you grant written permission.

Agreement
By booking a single coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:
“Single coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time, and missed appointments may be forfeited. I have read and agree to the Single Coaching Session Policy.”
