Weekly Vocal Coaching Plan Policy

Thank you for choosing the Weekly Vocal Coaching Plan — a structured coaching program designed to support steady progress, confidence, and long-term vocal development.
This page outlines the full policy for the subscription plan. Please read carefully before enrolling.
Plan Overview
Billing: $390 every 4 weeks
Sales Tax: 8.88% NY State sales tax (total billed: $424.63 per cycle)
Sessions Included: Four (4) weekly 60-minute sessions per billing cycle
Minimum Commitment: 4 weeks
Renewal: Automatically renews every 4 weeks until canceled
This subscription offers discounted pricing compared to our regular $195 single-session rate.
Trial lessons are not included in this plan. If you’d like to try a lesson first, submit the Free Trial Request on the Contact page and we’ll be in touch.
Renewals & Cancellations

The plan renews automatically every 4 weeks.

After the initial 4-week commitment, you may cancel at any time.

Cancellations require 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.

You may cancel directly through My Subscriptions or by contacting us in writing.

Cancellations submitted with less than 7 days’ notice may be processed for the following cycle.

Rescheduling & Missed Lessons

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).

Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

Missed lessons cannot be carried forward into future billing cycles unless approved in writing.
This policy ensures consistency, fairness, and proper scheduling time for all students.
Refund Policy

Because this plan offers discounted pricing, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for unused or missed sessions.

Sales tax is non-refundable.
If a session must be canceled due to an issue on our side, it will be rescheduled at no cost.
Online Session Requirements
To get the most out of your lessons, please ensure:

working camera and microphone

quiet space

willingness to explore, try, and grow
If technical issues occur on your end and significantly disrupt the session, the session may be forfeited. If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule your lesson.
Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

Lessons are a supportive, judgment-free environment.
We expect respectful communication at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
All lesson content, communication, and recordings are treated as confidential and are never shared without permission.
Agreement

By enrolling in the Weekly Vocal Coaching Plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
“This is a recurring subscription billed at $390 every 4 weeks plus 8.88% NY State sales tax ($424.63 total). There is a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. I may cancel after the initial period with at least 7 days’ written notice. Missed or unused sessions are non-refundable, and rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice. I have read and agree to the full Weekly Vocal Coaching Plan Policy.”
