Angels Among Us Live Album, (Mormon) Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert ft. Kristin Chenoweth

​Angels Among Us (live album) sold more than 1 million copies around the world with peak positions at #4 on the US Billboard® Classical chart and #18 on the US Billboard® Christian chart.

As part of a massive rebranding initiative, I was approached by the world-renowned Tabernacle Choir (formerly “The Mormon Tabernacle Choir” of the Christmas concert fame) to produce a concert event focused on selfless service and generosity, celebrating the healers, defenders, protectors, teachers, volunteers, activists, and caregivers who teach us how to live through their devoted acts of service and kindness. As the only producer from outside their religious organization, I was given carte blanche decision-making authority on how to best convey this message of gratitude and celebration utilizing the talents of over 750 world-class singers, instrumentalists, and dancers and was provided with unlimited resources for enhancing the presentation’s collective experiential effectiveness.

If you haven't attended one of these concerts in person, you really must do it once before you die. Watching the recordings on PBS are wonderful, but being there surrounded by 63,000 other audience members in the magnitude of those musical moments is ife-changing, truly.

Also, fun fact: I was the first and only (as of writing this) out member of the LGBTQIA+ community to be on the payroll of the Church of Latter-Day Saints because of this project.
