Seph Stanek made his Broadway debut in My Love Letter to Broadway, a limited-run concert residency starring the incomparable Kristin Chenoweth. Staged at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre from November 2–13, 2016, the production was a dazzling celebration of Chenoweth’s illustrious career, blending musical theatre standards, pop hits, and heartfelt storytelling.
Stanek also sat on the creative team for this production, fulfilling the role of Creative Director, Assistant Musical Director, Backstage Manager, Guest Manager, and House Seat Ticket Manager. The concert was so successful, the Nederlander Organization asked us to present another just like it. Hence, "For the Girls" was born.
As a backup singer and featured duet partner, Seph performed alongside Chenoweth in select numbers, contributing rich vocal harmonies and standout solo moments. His versatility as a Broadway performer, professional singer, and vocal coach shone through, helping to bring Chenoweth’s vision for the concert to life.
Seph’s appearance in My Love Letter to Broadway marked a pivotal milestone in his artistic journey, placing him on stage in one of Broadway’s historic theaters and cementing his place among New York City’s best musical theatre performers. The show’s blend of Broadway standards, emotional ballads, and uplifting showstoppers allowed Seph to showcase his dynamic range, incredible training as a vocalist, and intuitive artistry as a collaborative performer.
